Questions about medicine inventory and stock management

Go to "Add Medicine" from the dashboard menu. Fill in details: Medicine Name, Generic Name, Packing, Supplier, Batch ID, Expiry Date, Quantity, MRP, and Rate. The system supports batch-wise tracking for accurate inventory management.

The system automatically tracks stock levels. When a medicine quantity falls below the minimum threshold (configurable in Settings), it appears in the Low Stock Alerts section on your dashboard. You can set custom thresholds for each medicine.

All medicines are tracked with batch-wise expiry dates. The dashboard shows upcoming expiries (within 3 months by default). You can generate expiry reports, set custom alert periods, and receive notifications for medicines nearing expiry.

Available reports include: Sales Reports (daily/monthly/custom range), Purchase Reports, Employee Performance Reports, Stock Reports, Expiry Reports, Customer Financial Reports, Supplier Ledger, Balance Sheet, and Return Statistics. All reports can be filtered and exported.
